Returns and Exchanges

Standard products may be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unwashed, undamaged and resaleable. Original packaging, labels, accessories and the invoice or order document must be complete. The right of withdrawal may not apply to custom-sized, custom-designed or logo-printed products. Your statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected.

You must notify us of a return within 14 days of delivery and send the product within 10 days after that notice. Exchange requests are also accepted within 14 days of delivery and are fulfilled subject to stock availability.

The product must show no signs of use, washing, odour, staining, cutting, burning, deformation or customer-caused damage. Labels, packaging and accompanying parts must be complete. You may inspect the product only as far as necessary to establish its nature and operation; handling beyond that may cause a reduction in value.

Shipping for a discretionary exchange may be charged to the customer, and we will confirm this when handling the request.

No. If an item is incorrect, incomplete, damaged or defective, do not use it and contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. Once confirmed, the return or exchange is completed without charge and we cover shipping. Your statutory remedies remain unaffected.

Yes. If the original invoice was issued to a company, the company must issue the appropriate return invoice so the accounting process can be completed.

We inspect the product after it arrives. Once approved, the refund is issued within the statutory period through the original payment method. Your bank may need additional time to post it to your account.
