Membership Agreement
The terms you accept when creating a Çarıkçı customer account.
1. Parties and scope
This agreement is made electronically between the customer creating an account and Çarıkçı, whose details appear below.

2. Creating an account
The member confirms that the name, email and phone details supplied are accurate and that only the member will use the account. The account cannot be used before email verification.
3. Account security
The member is responsible for keeping the password confidential and must reset it and contact Çarıkçı if unauthorised use is suspected.
4. Orders and communications
Membership alone does not create a sales contract. Each order is completed after its payment and delivery terms are shown. Essential transactional notices may be sent as part of membership.
5. Marketing
Marketing messages depend on a separate, optional consent. An account may be created without that consent and the consent may later be withdrawn.
6. Personal data
Details of personal-data processing are set out in the Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
The member may request account closure. Order and accounting records subject to statutory retention duties remain stored for the applicable period.
