1. Scope

- Information you give us: name, email and message in the contact form; your email in the newsletter sign-up; name, phone, delivery address and billing details when you register or order.
- Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and error records, kept for security and fault diagnosis.
- Through cookies: strictly necessary cookies that keep your session, cart, language and theme preference.
3. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, fulfil and deliver orders, issue invoices, manage your account, keep the site secure and — where you have opted in — send our newsletter. We do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.
4. Payment information
Orders placed through this site are paid by bank transfer. Card details are never requested, processed or stored on this site. Our bank details are shown after the order is placed and in the confirmation message.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share only what is necessary with our hosting provider, email and SMS delivery providers, courier companies and accountants. Orders arriving through a marketplace are also processed under that marketplace's own privacy terms.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS; the admin panel and customer accounts are protected by authentication, session cookies are HttpOnly and form submissions are verified with CSRF tokens. Passwords are stored irreversibly hashed. No internet transmission is ever completely secure, so please tell us if you notice anything unusual.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose and for the statutory retention periods. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter through the link in any email or by contacting us.
8. Children
This site addresses businesses and professional users; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Your rights and contact
To access, correct or delete your data, reach us through the contact page or using the details below. We answer within 30 days at the latest.
