Personal Data Notice
How we process your personal data under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK), and the rights you have.

2. Personal data we process
We collect only the data needed to answer your enquiry and fulfil your order. We do not request special categories of data such as health or biometric data.

3. Purposes of processing
- Answering enquiries and quotation requests, providing product and price information,
- Receiving, preparing and delivering orders and providing after-sales support,
- Issuing invoices and meeting statutory retention obligations,
- Creating your account and keeping your session secure,
- Securing the site, detecting faults and preventing misuse,
- Sending newsletters and product announcements where you have consented.
4. Legal grounds
- Performance of a contract (art. 5/2-c): orders, delivery and after-sales processes.
- Legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç): invoicing, accounting and statutory retention.
- Legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f): site security, record keeping and request tracking.
- Explicit consent (art. 5/1): newsletter subscription and non-essential cookies.
5. Recipients
We never sell your data and do not share it for third-party marketing. Data may be transferred, only as far as necessary and under article 8 of KVKK, to our hosting and infrastructure provider, our email and SMS delivery providers, the courier companies delivering your order, our accounting advisors, and to competent public authorities where legally required.
6. Retention periods
- Contact form records: 2 years after the enquiry is closed.
- Order, invoice and commercial book records: 10 years, as required by law.
- Membership records: until the account is closed, then for the limitation period.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
- Server and access logs: up to 2 years.
7. Your rights under article 11
You may ask whether your data is processed, request information about the processing, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, learn the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction under article 7, request that such actions be notified to recipients, object to results produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
Send your request, together with information identifying you, to the email address above or by post to our registered address. We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest; where the request incurs an additional cost, the fee set by the Data Protection Board may apply.
9. Changes
This notice may be updated when the law or our processes change. The current version is always published on this page.
