Leather welding gloves with an extra leather strip across the palm for longer service in heavy use. Denim cuff, suited to stick welding and grinding.
Product features
Extra leather reinforcement strip on the palm
Denim cuff covering the wrist
Increased abrasion resistance
Suitable for electrode welding and grinding
Material and construction
A second leather strip is stitched across the palm, the area that wears fastest. This reinforcement absorbs the friction of holding electrodes and grinding, extending the glove's life. The cuff is denim and covers the wrist. Seams use welding thread and load points are double stitched.
Where it is used
Long sessions of stick welding
Grinding and cutting
Heavy industry, maintenance and repair
Continuous production lines with high abrasion
Scrap and profile handling
Size and fit
Standard men's size; produced as one size.
Order unit: one pair.
The denim cuff is long enough to cover the wrist.
Custom patterns can be produced for bulk orders; state your measurements when you request a quotation.
Care and storage
Do not machine wash, iron or dry clean.
Wipe soiled areas with a damp cloth and dry in the shade at room temperature.
Never dry beside a heat source; the leather hardens and cracks.
Stop using an item contaminated with oil, solvent or paint.
Store flat in a dry, ventilated place.
Frequently asked questions
What does the reinforcing strip do?
The palm wears out fastest. The extra leather strip stitched there takes the friction, so the glove lasts considerably longer before the palm perforates. The difference shows in intensive, continuous use.
How does it differ from the standard model?
The construction and protection are the same; the difference is the extra leather across the palm. For a few hours of welding a day the standard model is enough, but for full-day continuous use the reinforced model is more economical.
Is the heat resistance certified?
Our products are made in our own workshop. We confirm in writing which certificate and performance levels a model carries when we send a quotation. Our category pages explain what each welding PPE standard actually measures.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. Because production happens in our own workshop we can supply high volumes. Send your requirement, quantity and delivery date through the contact form and we will reply with a written quotation covering price and lead time.
